Details and FAQ
What can you expect in a 40 minute session?
This is a confidential, strategic and creative space to explore the next stage, phase or steps for your business or community project. My aim is to support you to navigate the world of business in a way that aligns with your values, goals and lifestyle objectives.
Bring your questions, challenges, ideas and/or exciting opportunities. For example, you may:
Have an idea, program or project you want to bring to life but you’re not sure where to start
Have an existing business and are looking for more structure and strategy
Want to learn specific skills relating to running a business or being a leader
Feel ready to be seen in the world, and want guidance for your inner journey
Want help finding words to describe yourself/services for a website or social media
Need a sounding board and a keen listener to help untangle some thoughts
You may arrive really clear on what you want to get out of the session, in which case we can work towards the outcome. You are also welcome to arrive with lots of questions and an openness to explore the unknown – you certainly don’t need to have everything/anything ‘figured out’, we can find that clarity together.
My approach centres you as the holder of the answers and wisdom you seek. I see my role to ask questions, offer perspectives and help you to join the dots in a way that feels true for you.
I can offer strategic guidance on most aspects of small business – from business plans, to brand strategy, communications and leadership development. If there is expertise or advice you are looking for that I don’t feel I can aptly support you with, I will always be honest and try to recommend others with the correct expertise.
Who is this for?
All local businesses and creative/community projects across Dja Dja Wurrung Country are welcome. You may be a business owner, manage a community group, or be an artist with a project you are working on.
By donation: how it works

Whether in cash, card, or even through goods/services exchange (please chat to me about this first), the focus is on your individual growth and our community business ecosystem.

About your mentor, Lucy
I’ve lived in Yandoit for just over a year with my partner in an off-grid bush block.
I was lucky (and crazy) enough to become a CEO when I was 23, helping to launch the health app Smiling Mind and grow it to 1 million users in three years.
I now have over 15 years of diverse experience spanning non-profit, social enterprise, and corporate realms – including Executive, business development, strategy and brand roles. Having recently joined the Board of Directors at CERES, my passion for community growth and collaboration has never been stronger.
You can learn more about my work experience here. I look forward to meeting you!
